  • Bulk or special orders may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select locations).
  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Timelines will be shared at the time of order.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders may require separate freight charges.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

4. Tracking Orders

  • All orders come with a tracking number.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

5. International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally where permitted.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Necessary export documentation (invoice, packing list, etc.) will be provided.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier for resolution.
