1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchange
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong product received.
- If you need an exchange, kindly contact us immediately after delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods that have been opened.
- Bulk/wholesale orders once dispatched.
- Customized or special request orders.
